Iceflow is a new open water winter swim challenge for the 2026/27 season, built around distance rather than days. The goal is 500 metres per month in open water, swum in skins — with or without neoprene socks, gloves or a hat. You can break that up across as many sessions as suits you.
Iceflow is the entry point of our three new distance-based challenges, designed for anyone who wants a swim-focused goal without needing to get in every single day.
If 500 metres a month feels too easy — or you fancy a bigger monthly target — take a look at Aurora (1000 metres) or Northstar (2000 metres). Prefer a day-count challenge instead of a distance one? The Original, Mixed Bag and All Wetsuits might suit you better.
